What we spray

• beds, mattresses (with cover), bed frames and storage areas
• unfolded sofa beds including storage compartments
• bedside tables, storage boxes, cabinets and areas around wardrobes
• walls behind beds and sofas including pictures, shelves and curtain rails
• floors including carpets, skirting boards, areas around windows and doors

We do not spray bed linen, clothing, books, electronics, etc.

How to prepare your apartment

• clear storage compartments from beds and sofas (wardrobes not needed)
• remove bed linen, duvets, pillows etc. (mattress covers may stay)
• remove items from around beds, sofas and bedside tables (lamps, toys)
• move beds and sofas at least 10 cm from walls, fold or unfold if possible
• wardrobes are only moved and emptied in cases of very heavy infestation (bed bugs visible on walls etc.)

Rooms must be tidy and clean before application.

During the treatment

• The product has no smell but causes respiratory irritation during application (we work in full-face masks)
• No people or animals may remain in treated rooms (cover aquariums with foil; if your kitchen has a separate door, you may stay there)
• Ventilate during treatment and for at least 1 hour after completion
• The actual treatment takes about 20 minutes (after preparation, changing clothes, mixing the spray, filling in the protocol and issuing a receipt)

After the treatment

• Entry into treated rooms is possible after airing — usually 1–2 hours after completion
• Pets and children under 3 years may touch treated surfaces only after the product has fully dried
• Once the spray has dried, you may return all items to storage areas
• If possible, keep beds and sofas 5 cm from the walls for the next 14 days
• Do not vacuum or wipe treated surfaces for 14–21 days (a repeat treatment is then recommended)
